A marble outcrop called Bichanakandi has been in operation for quite some time. But it’s only been a tourist destination for about six months. It is situated in Sylhet’s Goainghat Upazilla, not far from the Indian border. An Indian waterfall’s stream rushes through the mountains before gently kissing the Goain river in a short stretch that is lined with stones of all varying shapes and sizes. This stunning gathering place is now alluded to as “Bichanakandi.”
